A subsidiary company of Nikhil Group, Xtrong Precast is a pioneering manufacturer of Paver Blocks with a variety of Glossy and Matt Finish Paver Blocks, Industrial Pavers, Combination Pavers, Paver Tiles, and Step Tiles. These come in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, thicknesses, and colours as per changing requirements of the industry and clients.
Since Xtrong Precast is a rightful owner of an RMC plant it makes use of good quality raw material to get strength from M35 + up to M50. The Paver Blocks are strong and suitable for carrying heavy loads and are best to be used in godowns, industrial premises, factories, warehouses, on footpaths, gardens etc.
MANUFACTURING PLANT
Due to the product's quality and our reliability, the demand for our product range is increasing day by day. To cater to this growing demand we have installed a completely automated manufacturing plant which is imported from America. To manufacture the Paver Blocks in huge quantities with consistent quality, we use Hydraulic Compaction as well as Vibration Technology with dimensionally precise moulds.
CURING CHAMBER
Curing is an equally important phase of Paver Blocks as it directly affects the durability of the Paver Blocks. We have developed curing chambers to cure the Paver Blocks for 24 Hrs. In these chambers, we control the temperature and humidity to ensure maximum, uniform, and rapid curing of Paver Blocks for superior quality.
POLYTHENE FILM
WRAPPING
We wrap the cured Paver Blocks with polythene film so that the moisture which is present in the block will remain inside. This process imitates the curing process, gives additional strength to the product and keeps the product clean. At the same time it becomes easy to handle and count at the time of delivery.
SHOT BLAST
MACHINE
Paver Block Shot Blast Technology is a new and trending technique in the Paver Block industry. Due to its durability and rich looks, this product is in huge demand by both the Government and private clients. The Paver Block is shot with appropriate material due to which the surface of the product gets a rich and vivid texture. This process gives the block a rough texture and exposes the marble chips on the top layer of the block.
